Payment Policy

Dazi Signature policy on accepted payment methods, transaction confirmation, security, refunds and payment support.

Legal status: English translation pending Owner and legal review. The Vietnamese policy remains the reference text until approval.

1. Responsible Entity and Scope of Application

Milli Land Joint Stock Company (“we”) manages and operates dazisignature.com and provides accommodation services under the Dazi Signature brand.

Enterprise registration number: 4202035933.

Registered office: Lot No. 34, VCN Phuoc Hai Urban Area Street, Nam Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.

This Policy applies to direct transactions on the website and related official channels for services sold or provided by us. The property, location and direct service provider are disclosed before the transaction and recorded in the booking confirmation. If another legal entity provides a service, its details and applicable conditions must be disclosed before booking.

The booking guest, payer and check-in guest may be different individuals. A person booking on another's behalf must provide accurate information, have the right to disclose the data and forward the confirmation and applicable conditions to the staying guest.

Roles of Participating Entities

Milli Land is the primary contact responsible for bookings, service confirmation, customer support, changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints within our responsibility.

Magisolution Technology Joint Stock Company is a long-term technology partner managing payment software and providing technical support for transaction connectivity within the cooperation scope. Providing software does not automatically constitute payment intermediary services.

Banks, card organizations, electronic wallets and payment intermediaries receive, authenticate, authorize, process, reconcile and refund payments according to their roles and permitted scope. Partner names and available methods are shown in the payment interface or transaction information.

Using partners does not transfer or exclude Milli Land's responsibility for bookings and committed services. Each partner is responsible within its service scope.

2. Payment Amounts and Deadlines

Guests pay room charges in advance according to the amount, number of nights and deadline displayed at checkout or in our official payment instructions.

Advance payment is deducted from the total room charge. Additional services and incidental amounts not included in the advance payment are reconciled, communicated and paid as agreed.

A booking is guaranteed after we receive the required payment and send confirmation. If payment is not made on time, the request is not a guaranteed reservation.

Packages requiring full payment or separate payment conditions are disclosed for guests' review and acceptance before the transaction.

Advance payment for services is separate from a security deposit or card authorization hold securing incidentals. If applicable, we disclose the amount, purpose, deduction conditions, timing for return or request to release the hold, and the expected time for the bank to record it.

A card authorization hold is not a collected payment. Collection from a hold, deductions and incidental charges must have a basis and comply with the authorization under the Payment Authorization document. We provide reconciliation details; the time to release a hold is not automatically treated as the refund period for a collected transaction.

3. Payment Methods

Available methods may vary by property, package and channel. Guests choose from the options displayed at checkout or confirmed through an official channel.

3.1. International Cards

Guests may pay with international credit or debit cards supported by the system, such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB or other card organizations displayed at the time. Payment is through the payment partner's interface or a card acceptance device at the property. Guests check the amount and currency and authenticate as required by their bank or payment provider. Acceptance depends on card type, active status, limits and authorization results.

3.2. Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts

Guests may use supported domestic debit cards, domestic credit cards or bank accounts. Select the bank or card, enter details on the payment interface and authenticate as instructed. The method must meet the bank's online payment conditions.

3.3. MoMo Electronic Wallet

Where MoMo is displayed, guests select it and pay through the application or by scanning the code as instructed. Check the payee, order reference and amount before confirming. Processing follows the results recorded by MoMo and the payment system.

3.4. VNPAY

Where VNPAY is supported, guests select it at checkout and use a displayed method, which may include:

  • Scanning VNPAY-QR with a supported banking application or electronic wallet;
  • Paying with a domestic card or bank account;
  • Paying with an international card.

Available options depend on our payment configuration and VNPAY's support at the time of the transaction.

3.5. Bank Transfer

Transfer to the account details published on the website, booking confirmation or official payment instructions.

Suggested transfer reference: Booking reference – Booking guest's full name.

Verify the beneficiary, account number, bank and amount before confirming. If the receiving account details change or differ from earlier instructions, verify them through an official contact channel before transferring.

3.6. Payment at the Property

Where approved, guests may pay in Vietnamese dong cash, by card through an acceptance device or by a QR code supported by the property. Paying at the property does not replace the advance-payment requirement to secure a room unless we confirm otherwise.

3.7. Other Methods

Other electronic wallets, payment gateways or methods apply only when officially implemented and published by us at the time of transaction.

4. Booking and Payment Procedure

All online payment methods supported on the website follow the general process below. Data entry and authentication may vary according to the method and payment provider.

Step 1: Select Dates and Room

Guests select the property, check-in date, check-out date, room category, number of rooms and guests.

Step 2: Enter Payer Information

Guests enter the account holder's, cardholder's or wallet holder's information in the required fields, together with email and phone number. Information must be accurate and correspond to a person legally entitled to use the payment method. Confidential payment details should be entered only on a valid payment interface when requested.

Step 3: Enter Check-in Guest Information

If the check-in guest differs from the payer, provide their details as required. If the payer is also the check-in guest, select the option to use the same details and check accuracy.

Step 4: Select Payment Method

Guests select a credit card, international debit card, domestic card, MoMo, VNPAY or another accepted method displayed for the website transaction.

Step 5: Review Information

Before payment, guests review the booking guest, payer, check-in guest, property, room category, room count, dates, room rate, taxes, fees, total and amount due. Guests also review and accept the applicable policies and conditions and correct errors before confirming.

Step 6: Confirm Payment and Complete Additional Authentication, If Required

Guests confirm payment, enter required details on a valid interface and complete additional authentication for the account, card or wallet holder identified in Step 2 if required. Authentication follows the bank's, wallet's or payment provider's instructions and may involve OTP, in-app approval or another method. Do not share authentication codes with staff or by ordinary email or messages.

Step 7: Complete Booking and Receive Confirmation Email

The process is completed when the system records a successful transaction, booking details are completed and the guest receives our confirmation email at the registered address, whether Gmail or another email service.

Payment status and room reservation status are separate: payment follows the transaction processor's result, while a booking is guaranteed only when payment conditions are met and we issue the booking confirmation.

The email states the booking reference, property, check-in guest, room category, stay dates and payment details for verification.

A bank or wallet debit notification does not replace booking confirmation. If money was debited but no confirmation email arrived, check spam and contact us for reconciliation; do not automatically assume failure or pay again before checking.

5. Payment Currency and Fees

Payment amounts are denominated in Vietnamese dong (VND), unless another currency is legally permitted and clearly disclosed before the guest confirms.

The total, taxes, mandatory fees and included or excluded services are displayed before payment. We do not unilaterally collect undisclosed or unapproved amounts.

Where a card or account denominated in a currency other than VND is used, foreign exchange conversion and related fees are applied by the bank, card organization or payment provider. Guests may contact the issuer for details.

6. Entitlement to Use Payment Methods and Third-party Payments

Guests may use only cards, bank accounts or electronic wallets they are legally entitled to use.

When paying on behalf of a staying guest, we may request necessary verification and approval from the person entitled to pay under the applicable process.

A staying guest's request for or confirmation of a service does not automatically authorize us to debit another person's card, account or wallet.

If a transaction appears invalid, we may suspend processing for verification and notify the guest how the booking and any funds already paid will be handled.

7. Payment for Additional Services and Incidentals

Incidentals such as extensions, room upgrades, meals, laundry, decorations or other services are communicated with their descriptions, prices and conditions for guest approval.

A previously used payment method may be charged only with valid authorization, within the approved scope and in compliance with the procedures of the bank, card organization or payment partner.

We do not automatically debit a payment method merely because card information is on file or the guest does not respond. Following payment, guests receive appropriate notice and transaction records.

8. Failed Transactions, Duplicate Payments and Investigations

Please contact us if:

  • Funds were debited but the system reported failure or no confirmation was received;
  • The same booking was charged more than once;
  • The amount charged differs from the confirmed amount;
  • A transaction is suspected to be unauthorized.

Useful information includes the booking reference, full name, transaction time, amount, payment method and transaction reference, if any. Obscure unnecessary sensitive information in images of payment evidence.

We coordinate with banks or payment partners to reconcile transactions and report results. While transaction status is uncertain, seek verification before paying again to avoid duplicate payment.

Verified duplicate or excess charges will be refunded. Cancellation fees do not apply to the correction of incorrectly collected amounts.

If unauthorized use of a payment method is suspected, guests should also contact their bank or wallet provider to protect their account.

9. Service Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation conditions, fees and refundable amounts are determined under the Booking Cancellation and Modification Policy and any separately disclosed and accepted conditions. The Service Provision Policy governs service use and termination and circumstances in which we cannot fulfil our commitments.

Guests submit requests by email or an official channel, including booking reference, property, transaction details, request and contact information. A valid request is received when recorded on the official channel, regardless of when staff respond.

We reconcile the transaction and notify guests of the basis, any fee, refundable amount and refund method. Non-refundable conditions for voluntary guest cancellations cannot be used to deny our responsibility where we fail to provide a service or collect an incorrect amount.

  • International and domestic cards: preferably refund to the original card or funding source through the bank or transaction processor;
  • MoMo and other electronic wallets: preferably refund through the original transaction, wallet or funding source where supported;
  • VNPAY: coordinate refunds through VNPAY to the original funding source according to the method used;
  • Bank transfer: preferably refund to the original remitting account;
  • Cash at the property: refund in cash or by bank transfer under a verified and agreed arrangement.

If refunding to the original method is not possible, we verify the person entitled to receive the refund and agree on an appropriate arrangement. The check-in guest does not automatically have the right to receive a refund owed to another payer.

Refund period: 15–30 working days, starting on the next working day after eligibility is confirmed and all required information received. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and Tet holidays under Vietnamese law. We do not automatically exclude an entire extended Tet period beyond legally designated holidays.

We do not charge a refund processing fee. Any exchange rates or fees applied by external banks, card organizations, electronic wallets or payment providers follow their rules and do not reduce statutory refund rights or our mandatory legal obligations.

We provide reconciliation information and assist with investigations if a refund is overdue. We clarify when the refund instruction was issued and when the bank credited funds; reliance on partners does not automatically extend the committed deadline.

10. Payment Information Security

Payment information is processed through appropriate systems of banks, electronic wallets, payment gateways or payment acceptance devices.

We do not ask guests for passwords, PINs, OTPs or CVV/CVC security codes by email, messages or ordinary contact forms. Guests should enter required information only on valid payment interfaces as instructed by the transaction processor.

We do not retain CVV/CVC codes after transaction authorization. Substitute payment tokens or transaction information used for reconciliation must be handled within the authorized scope and applicable security requirements.

Data is processed under our Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. Information is shared with relevant parties only as necessary and on an appropriate legal basis for payments, refunds, investigations, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

11. Promotional Codes and Redeemable Benefits

Promotional codes apply under each programme's published conditions, including validity, property, room category, discount amount and rules for combining offers.

If a points, points refund or redeemable-benefit programme is introduced, we separately disclose how benefits are earned and used, their scope, conditions, conversion rates, limits and the parties' responsibilities before implementation. Points cannot be redeemed for cash withdrawals.
